This data is transmitted directly to our private Telegram inbox via the Telegram Bot API and is never stored in a third-party database or sent to external marketing platforms.

Automatically Collected Data

When you browse melextech.dev, certain technical data is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools:

Browser & Device Information Browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and device type.
IP Address (Anonymised) Used only for approximate geographic location (country/region level). Not linked to your identity.
Page Views & Navigation Paths Which pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and how you navigate between them.
Referral Source The URL or search engine that brought you to our site (e.g., Google, direct link, social media).

Advertising Data (Google AdSense)

MELEX IT displays ads through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalised ads based on your browsing activity across other websites. This data is collected and processed by Google under their own privacy policy — MELEX IT does not have direct access to this advertising data.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect passwords, payment information, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal identifiers. Our browser-based tools (RegexLab, UnitPro, MelaSec) process all input locally in your browser — nothing you enter into these tools is transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries — Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your message and provide the service you requested.
  • Improving site performance — Anonymous analytics help us understand which content is most useful and identify areas for improvement.
  • Displaying relevant ads — Google AdSense uses behavioural data to serve ads that may be relevant to you.
  • Security and abuse prevention — Server logs help us detect and block malicious traffic or attacks against the website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain contact form submissions (received via Telegram) only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate form with no fixed expiry. We do not maintain a database of user records.

MELEX IT is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our contact form, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
